Jeramiah’s Home & Bertoni Palliative Care Centre began with a simple goal, to care for those in greatest need, following the example of the Good Samaritan. Over the past 25 years, what started as a small act of kindness has grown into a place where we provide not only medical care but also emotional and spiritual support to those facing life’s most challenging moments.
By God’s grace, our journey has been truly blessed, and everything we’ve achieved so far has been made possible by His guidance and the unwavering support of countless compassionate individuals.
